Our skid packages save you time and hassle: instead of piecing equipment together in the field, you receive a turnkey unit that’s been fully assembled, wired, and tested at our facility. We’ve delivered skids as small as a pilot test unit that fits through a doorway, up to multi-ton process modules.
These packages combine filtration/separation (coalescer filters), heating (if needed), and pressure regulation to deliver clean, conditioned fuel gas to turbines or engines. The skid might include a filter separator, electric or shell-tube heater, scrubber, and regulators/meters – all in one unit.
Complete units supplying seal gas to compressors. They often incorporate filters, flow control, and monitoring to ensure dry, clean gas at the correct pressure is fed to compressor seals. Our seal gas skids are compact and maintain critical seals, preventing leakage and extending seal life.
Skid-mounted flow metering systems (for custody transfer or process control). These skids include flow meters (e.g., orifice runs, ultrasonic meters, Coriolis), upstream/downstream straightening spools, flow computers, and sampler systems.
